- The balance of payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation

5.3 Pricing and Fees
- All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed

- Additional fees may apply for special requests, extra services, or changes to bookings
- Applicable taxes and fees will be added to the total cost as required by law

If you book through our Rezdy platform or other third-party booking services, you may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by those platforms.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Cancellation by Guest
Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour package and timing:
- More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund minus administrative fee (amount specified in booking confirmation)
- 24-48 hours before tour: 50% of total tour fee refunded
- Less than 24 hours before tour: No refund
- No-show: No refund
Specific cancellation terms will be provided in your booking confirmation and may vary based on tour type, season, and other factors.
6.2 Cancellation by Piggly Wiggly Bahamas
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to:
- Weather conditions or safety concerns
- Insufficient number of participants (minimum group size not met)
- Equipment failure or unavailability
- Force majeure events (see Section 11)
- Guest violation of these Terms or tour agreement
In the event of cancellation by Piggly Wiggly Bahamas:
- We will offer an alternative tour date or experience when possible
- If no suitable alternative is available, a full refund will be provided
- We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by guests (travel, accommodation, etc.)
6.3 Weather-Related Cancellations
- The tour operator or captain has final authority on all safety decisions, including cancellations due to weather
- If a tour is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions before departure, we will offer rescheduling or a refund as outlined in Section 6.2
- If weather conditions arise during a tour resulting in route changes or early conclusion, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion
6.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days using the original payment method.
7. Tour Participation and Guest Responsibilities
7.1 Guest Conduct
All participants must:
- Follow all instructions from tour guides, boat captains, and staff
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect wildlife, marine life, and the natural environment
- Respect other guests and participants
- Not bring illegal substances, weapons, or prohibited items
- Not exceed the maximum participant capacity
- Behave in a manner that does not endanger themselves or others
- Arrive at designated meeting points on time
7.2 Age Requirements
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult (18+) unless otherwise specified
- Alcohol consumption is restricted to guests 21+ (or as per local laws)

- Lost or damaged equipment will be charged at replacement cost
